# 苹果ID显示ID已被停用

1、appleid号在不同的设备上登录次数过多。

2、密码多次输入错误。

3、appleid很久未登录，itunesstore会通过停用该帐户来保护其安全。

### 解决方法： <a href="#cl-2" id="cl-2"></a>

1、在苹果手机上登录appleid帐号时点击忘记了密码或者打开苹果网站，输入被禁用appleid的账号，按下一步。

2、选择解锁appleid帐户方式，使用当初注册appleid账号时邮箱地址或者回答注册appleid时设置的安全提示问题进行解除。\
选择回答安全提示问题首先要验证出生年月日，输入出生年月日，点击下一步，输入安全提示问题答案，点击下一步进行验证。

3、验证成功后就可以重设密码或者解锁appleid。

4、选择解锁appleid后，还要登录一次appleid，才能解锁。
